Style F-011 is made with preformed metal layers alternating with landing material, which are coiled up.
 
The inmate must have rolled at least three layers of metal without filler, the first two layers should be welded with a minimum of three points spaced at a distance of three inches. The outer wrapping must have at least three layers of metal without filler and finish with three points of welding, welding called this terminal.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Our Style F-011 is primarily used in flanges ASME / ANSI B16.5 (male-female and ranura.lengüeta) in boilers and valves. It is manufactured in any size and shape (round, oblong, square, diamond, oval, pear).

MATERIALS USED

Metal: Monel, Ac. Stainless 304 and Ac. Stainless 316.
Thickness: 0.0007 "- 0.0092.
Filler: Graphite, Asbestos, Non Asbestos and Teflon.
Thickness: 0.005 ", 0.020", 0.031 ", 0.045".
